How to Return a Product

Returns Policy

At Mrkhan.pk, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can easily return your product by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your Mrkhan.pk account and go to the My Orders section.
2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return and click "Initiate a Return."
3. Choose "I want to return the product" and complete the Online Return Form.
4. Select your preferred return method: Pick-Up Service or Drop-Off Point.
5. Securely pack the product in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and freebies.
6. Clearly write the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the package.
7. Drop off the package at the nearest return center or wait for the pick-up service.
8. Track your return request using the Return Tracking Number provided after submitting the Online Return Form.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be new, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Fashion items can be tried for fitting but should not be worn for an extended period.
• The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging. If delivered with additional Mrkhan.pk packaging, it should also be returned in the same condition.
• Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Note: Clearly mention the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to ensure a smooth and timely return process.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and verify your returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit based on your preference.

Refund Process:

1. Product inspection upon arrival.
2. Approval or rejection of the refund based on return conditions.
3. If approved, the refund will be issued within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Products classified as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, and hygiene-related items).
